DELF® exam preparation

The DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française) is an official diploma recognized by the French State and issued by the French Ministry of National Education. It allows foreign or French individuals, from non-French-speaking countries and without a French public secondary or higher education diploma, to certify their knowledge of the French language. The DELF consists of 4 independent diplomas, of increasing difficulty, corresponding to the 4 levels of the CEFR from A1 to B2. The DELF diploma has no expiration date and is internationally recognized.

The exam (for each diploma) consists of 4 tests that evaluate the 4 skills: listening and speaking comprehension, reading and writing expression. The duration of the tests, the complexity of the language structure concepts, and the oral requirements for the ability to communicate and interact easily increase as the levels progress to B2.

To obtain the required level certification, the score must be between 50/100, with no significant differences or disparities between the skills.

TCF® exam Preparation

The TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) is a standardized test designed to assess the level of French language proficiency of its candidates. It is intended for individuals whose native language is not French.

The TCF has the particularity of being available in different versions depending on the needs and target audience.

  • TCF "tout public" is for anyone who does not speak French, regardless of nationality.

  • TCF for access to French nationality is aimed at those who need to reach a certain level of French to successfully complete the immigration procedure.

  • TCF DAP (Demande d’Admission Préalable) is for foreign students who want to certify their level of French in order to access universities in the country.

  • TCF Québec is intended for individuals who need to validate their level of French as part of the procedures to obtain the Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), which leads to the issuance of a permanent visa.

The TCF consists of a common section for all versions, made up of the following tests:

Oral comprehension: The candidate listens to audio recordings of conversations in French, taken from a context of everyday life in a French-speaking country. They will then answer 29 questions in the form of multiple-choice questions.

Mastery of language structures: The candidate is assessed on their syntactical abilities with questions about grammar, sentence formulation, and vocabulary, totaling 18 questions in the form of a quiz with multiple-choice answers.

Written comprehension: The candidate reads various texts related to culture and then answers 29 questions in the form of a quiz with multiple-choice answers.

Each version of the TCF also has two additional tests that reflect their specific purpose and distinguish them from one another.

The score is evaluated on a scale of 699, which is the average of the scores obtained in each section. These sections are also rated on a scale of 699. The TCF aims to assess your level at a specific moment in time. Therefore, there is no "bad" or "good" score: it all depends on the goal you have set for yourself.

BRIGHT Deutsch® Exam Preparation

BRIGHT Deutsch is the German version of the language tests administered by the BRIGHT Language organization and is a professional tool for measuring German language proficiency . Many companies in more than 80 countries use this test as a screening tool for their employees.
The aim of BRIGHT is to have a positioning as neutral as possible of the level of the candidates. This is the reason why, voluntarily, we choose not to disclose information about the content and structure of the test. The aim is to force future candidates not to prepare for the tests and to present themselves with their "natural" language level.
The BRIGHT Deutsch lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is divided into two parts that assess two distinct areas of competence . The first part covers grammar and language structure , the second part is listening comprehension.
These two parts, also called sections, each contain 60 questions in the form of multiple-choice questions. Unlike many language tests, the BRIGHT does not make its candidates wait long. Whether for registration or access to the results, the waiting time is minimal or almost non-existent (on the order of a few minutes).
For this test, scores range from 0 to 5. 0 represents a beginner level and 5 a bilingual level. The results correspond to the A1 to C2 levels established by the CEFR, which directly facilitates their understanding.

WiDaF® exam preparation

The WiDaF (Wirtschaft Deutsch als Fremdsprache) is an official German exam recognized internationally that evaluates candidates' proficiency in German within a professional environment. It is administered and organized by the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and primarily targets non-German-speaking workers from around the world, as well as those who wish to work in a German company. The exam is well-known and is considered a benchmark for professional German language tests.

The exam consists of a 150-question multiple-choice questionnaire, divided into two parts and three sections. The first part contains two sections (business vocabulary mastery and grammar), while the second part includes the written comprehension section.

The three sections of the WiDaF are all scored out of 330 points, with a total score of 990. Based on the score achieved, a level is validated according to the CEFR: from 0 to 246 points for level A2, from 247 to 495 for level B1, from 496 to 735 for level B2, from 736 to 897 for level C1, and from 898 to 990 for level C2.

DELE® exam preparation

The DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is a Spanish language certification issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education, which attests to a certain level of competence and mastery of the Spanish language, ranging from level A1 to C2. The exam evaluates both written and oral comprehension and production. The certification is internationally recognized and valid for life: it facilitates professional development and access to education both in Spain and in other Spanish-speaking countries.

The DELE certifies Spanish language proficiency according to a scale of six levels, which represent the stages of language learning outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

The Instituto Cervantes offers two types of exams:

  • Six general exams: Aimed at candidates aged 16 and older, covering all levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). Anyone can register, regardless of age, education, or nationality.

  • Two exams for students: Designed for students between the ages of 11 and 17. The exam "DELE A1 para escolares" leads to the DELE A1 Diploma, while the "DELE A2/B1 para escolares" is a progressive exam. Depending on the result and the candidate’s language level, they can obtain either the DELE A2 or the DELE B1 Diploma. Candidates wishing to take the exam for students must not have reached the age of 20 on the day of the written exam.

All exams are scored out of 100 points. To achieve the desired level on the exam, candidates must obtain at least 60 points and meet the minimum required scores for each group of questions.

The Bright Español test is designed to determine a person's proficiency level in the Spanish language. This exam is considered a reference tool for language skills when applying for jobs at many multinational companies. It can also be used for school, university, or personal purposes to assess one's language level.

During the exam, skills will be evaluated in two parts: reading comprehension and listening comprehension. The duration of the exam is approximately one hour.

Once you pass the test, the certification will be valid for two years.
